Who handles your information
Lead Labs, part of the Zero Labs brand, is responsible for the information collected through this enquiry form. For enquiries, privacy questions and requests, email sales@lead-labs.co.uk. This address forwards to the owner’s private Microsoft email inbox.
What we collect
Your business name, activity and postcode; your name and email address; an optional telephone number; the insurance you want to discuss; renewal timing; and optional notes. Please do not include payment information, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
We record your submission time, sharing permission, the privacy notice version and any campaign reference attached to the page you visited. We use a randomly generated submission reference to prevent duplicate saves and a keyed representation of your email address to limit repeated submissions. This representation is not your email address in readable form.
What happens to your enquiry
We use the permission you give on the form to collect, review and, where appropriate, manually share your contact and enquiry details with Broker Zone Ltd so they can contact you about business insurance. Lead Labs does not need to contact you before this handoff. There is no automatic broker delivery in this pilot.
Your permission covers responding to this insurance enquiry. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing, and we do not share this enquiry with unnamed brokers.
The broker named on the form

Sharing may include the business, contact, insurance and optional note fields you submit. Once Broker Zone receives an enquiry, it is responsible for its handling of that information under its own privacy notice. Contact the broker for questions about information it holds.
Service providers and access
Microsoft Azure hosts the website and stores form enquiries. The enquiry database is configured in Azure’s UK South region, and the private inbox is restricted to authorised owner access. Microsoft also provides the owner’s destination email inbox. Porkbun provides forwarding for sales@lead-labs.co.uk. Emails sent to that address pass through Porkbun and Microsoft. Resend sends an email notification containing your enquiry details to the owner’s private inbox after the enquiry is saved. See Resend’s privacy information for its handling of information.
The database region is not a promise that every provider processes all information only in the UK. Hosting, support and email services may involve international processing. See Microsoft’s privacy information and Porkbun’s privacy information for their handling of information.
How long we keep it
Form enquiries and their recorded permission are set to delete automatically from the enquiry database after 90 days. Submission-limit records are set to expire after two days. Our pilot has a fixed total intake limit of 5,000 saved enquiries.
The owner reviews enquiry-related emails and manually removes them within 90 days when they are no longer needed. If a matter requires longer retention, such as an unresolved complaint or a legal requirement, we will explain the reason. A broker’s separate records are governed by its own retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
The sharing checkbox starts unticked. You can withdraw permission by emailing sales@lead-labs.co.uk. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it. If your enquiry has already been passed to Broker Zone, tell us so we can also raise your request with the broker.
You can ask for access to your information, correction or deletion, or raise an objection or restriction request where applicable. Include enough information to identify your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within one month, subject to any applicable extension.
You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and changes
The public form does not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our cookie information for submission-reference storage and owner sign-in. If the service or the way we use information changes, we will update this notice and request fresh permission where required.
